Sachin Tendulkar was honoured with an ICC Award.
And it was the big one - Cricketer of the year
The Master Blaster also bagged the LG Peoples Choice Award.
Virender Sehwag, the India opener, has been named the Test Player of the Year during the 2010 ICC Awards.
MS Dhoni has been named the Captain of the Test team of the year during the 2010 ICC Awards in Bangalore. The other members of the Test team were Virender Sehwag, Kumar Sangakkara, Graeme Swann, Sachin Tendulkar, Hashim Amla, Simon Katich, Dale Steyn, Jacques Kallis and Doug Bollinger.
Steven Finn, the England fast bowler, won the award for Emerging Player of the Year. Finn, 21, made his Test debut against Bangladesh in March and has since taken 32 wickets in eight matches.
AB DeVilliers, the South African batsman, won the ODI Player of the Year Award, edging out Tendulkar, Harris and Watson, who were the other nominees in the category.
Brendon McCullum, the New Zealand batsman, won the award for the Best Twenty20 performance of the year for his 116 not out against Australia in Christchurch in February. McCullum's was the first winner announced during the the 2010 ICC awards in Bangalore.Latest Cricket Videos Click Here

Ricky Ponting was Captain of the ODI Team of the year, leading a team comprising Tendulkar, Shane Watson, Michael Hussey, AB de Villiers, Paul Collingwood, Dhoni, Daniel Vettori, Stuart Broad, Bollinger and Ryan Harris.
The New Zealand cricket team has been awarded the ICC Spirit of Cricket award for conduct on and off the field.
Aleem Dar was given the Award for the Umpire of the Year. The other nominees included: Simon Taufel, Steve Davis and Tony Hill.
Australia all-rounder Shelley Nitschke was named Women's Cricketer of the Year at the LG ICC Awards ceremony in Bengaluru.
The 33-year-old took the award ahead of team-mate Ellyse Perry, West Indies' Stafanie Taylor and England's Katherine Brunt.
